Delivery
Given the delicate nature of our luxe balloon gift hampers we offer Sydney-wide delivery only. Much like flowers and cakes, these balloons needs to be handled and transported with care. We work with third party couriers who specialise in the transport of fragile goods and will ensure your custom order reaches the recipient with care, and with efficiency. 

Delivery rates are set by the courier company and are based on distance from pick up point in Coogee.


Collection
Live locally? No problem. You are welcome to collect your gift from our pick up point at No.2, 67 Mount Street, Coogee. Pick up slots are by appointment only.


International orders 
Nearly 50% of our customers are based overseas, ordering meaningful gifts to surprise and celebrate their loved ones in Sydney. We have had orders come from Ireland, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Dubai, New Zealand, Canada and more.

We offer international payment options via WISE or Revolut to ensure you do not get charged additional bank fees and can provide you with a courier quote at the time of consultation.
